The transition from graduate school into real clinical work can feel like a gap, between what you learned and what it actually takes to sit with clients, make decisions, and trust yourself.
I provide LPC and LMFT supervision for associates across Texas as a board-approved, dual-licensed LPC-S and LMFT-S. My approach is grounded, relational, and practical, supporting both your clinical confidence and long-term career direction.
Many of the clinicians I work with are early in their careers and want more than basic supervision. They want to feel capable in the room and build toward independent, private-pay work.
Over time, you’ll develop a stronger clinical voice, clearer decision-making, and a more defined direction for your work.
If you’re an LPC Associate, LMFT Associate, or pursuing dual licensure, I provide weekly supervision alongside business mentorship so you can build a practice that fits you: your values, your style, and your goals.
I intentionally keep my caseload small (6 supervisees), and spots open as availability allows.
We’ll talk through your goals and get a sense of whether this feels like the right fit.
A broader clinical lens
I integrate individual and systemic perspectives so you can better understand and work with complexity in your clients.
Clear guidance for dual licensure
If you’re pursuing dual licensure, I help you navigate requirements and build a cohesive professional identity across both.
Private practice from the beginning
You’ll get support building a practice with intention — from fees and systems to boundaries and long-term sustainability.
Support that evolves with you
As you grow, our work shifts from what to do → how you think, decide, and show up as a therapist.
You can expect a balance of support, challenge, and honest feedback tailored to your development.
Weekly supervision is held via HIPAA-secure video and includes both individual and group supervision, each offering a different type of growth. Supervision is structured to meet Texas LPC and LMFT board requirements for licensure. Sessions include:
Individual supervision provides focused, personalized support. Group supervision expands your perspective and allows for collaborative learning. Over time, the focus shifts from what to do → how you think and practice as a clinician.
$400 / month
Includes weekly individual and group supervision, plus access to support for clinical and practice-related questions between sessions. This structure is designed to support your clinical development and long-term career growth, not just completion of hours.
You want to feel confident in your work, not just competent on paper.
A consultation is a chance to talk through your goals, answer your questions, and get a sense of whether this feels like the right fit.
“The delicate balance of mentoring someone is not creating them in your own image, but giving them the opportunity to create themselves.” – Steven Spielberg
