  • Comprehensive Reports: Each 10–12 page report includes:
  • Case summary with client history
  • Evaluation of current functioning and credibility
  • Reports of self-assessments completed by the client
  • Any evidence provided for corroboration
  • Possible impact if the case is denied
  • Recommendations


  • Assessment Process: Documenting, assessing, diagnosing, providing evidence, predicting prognosis, offering recommendations, and explaining emotional/affective impacts of outcomes
  • Attorney Communication: Will communicate directly with the attorney or attorney’s office
  • Turnaround Time: Standard delivery within 2-4 weeks; rush reports under 2 weeks for an additional fee
