If you’ve built a high-powered career, climbed the ladder, or grown a business, it’s a question that can sneak in even when everything looks “perfect” on paper.
Private-pay therapy in Texas and Missouri for first-generation corporate and professional women navigating burnout, identity shifts, and the pressures of upward mobility.
This work isn’t about blowing everything up.
It’s about building a version of success you can actually live inside.
This work is for the woman who changed her family’s trajectory, and is now carrying more than she expected.
Upward mobility brings more than opportunity.
It brings pressure.
Isolation.
Identity shifts no one prepared you for.
Distance from the life and relationships that once felt familiar.
You can love what you’ve built and still question how it feels to live inside it.
That tension doesn’t mean you chose wrong.
It means you’re evolving.
I work with high-achieving, first-generation corporate and professional women in Texas and Missouri navigating burnout, loneliness, and identity, without wanting to blow up their lives.
Most clients arrive because something no longer feels sustainable.
You might notice:
On the outside, things look stable.
Internally, something feels off.
Burnout is often treated as a workload problem.
Sometimes the deeper issue is identity.
Many high-achieving women built lives that made sense at the time, but no longer fit who they are becoming.
You may find yourself wondering:
Therapy helps you sort through what is burnout, and what is a deeper question of identity and direction.
This work focuses on understanding who you are beyond achievement.
Together we explore:
The goal is not to eliminate ambition.
It’s to build a life where ambition and well-being can coexist.
Where success feels like something you can actually live inside.
Therapy with me is grounded, thoughtful, and direct.
There is no pressure to perform here.
The professional part of you can rest.
Other parts of you are welcome to take up space.
We talk honestly.
We ask difficult questions.
Dark humor is welcome.
Swearing is normal.
This is a space where you can show up as you are, without needing to be impressive.

Your privacy matters. All communications are secure and HIPAA-protected.
I mainly work with adult women and professionals in Texas, Missouri, and New York who are feeling overwhelmed by burnout, navigating identity shifts, dealing with anxiety, body image challenges, or going through life transitions. If that sounds like you, you’re in the right place.
We connect through video for about 50 minutes each session. Usually, we meet weekly, but we’ll find a rhythm that fits your life and needs. All sessions are private pay, secure, and HIPAA-compliant. Services are available only to clients located in Texas, Missouri, or New York.
Feel free to schedule some time on my calendar for a free 15-minute consultation. We will use this time to discuss your needs and goals, what I'm bringing to the table, and if this will be a good fit for the both of us.
No, I do not take insurance directly.
I am a private-pay therapist, which means payment is made at the time of service. I provide superbills that you can submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement, and many clients also use HSA or FSA funds for sessions.
A superbill is basically a detailed receipt you can give to your insurance company to try and get reimbursed. It includes things like what service you got, the dates, diagnosis codes, and my credentials. After each session, I’ll send you one so you can submit it and possibly get some money back.
If your insurance plan has out-of-network benefits, you may be able to get part of your sessions reimbursed.
Here’s how it works:
Many clients find this easier than it sounds, and reimbursement amounts vary depending on your specific plan. If you’re unsure, you can call the number on your insurance card and ask about “out-of-network mental health benefits.”
You can also use HSA or FSA funds for payment if you have them.
Private pay offers more flexibility and privacy in your care. We are not limited by insurance requirements, session caps, or treatment restrictions, which allows therapy to stay focused on your goals and needs.
It also means your information is not shared with insurance companies beyond what is needed for a superbill if you choose to use one.
Many clients prefer this because it allows for a more personalized and flexible therapy experience.
I’m happy to help with general info, but for the nitty-gritty details about your coverage, it’s best to check directly with your insurance provider.
Life happens! Just try to give me at least 24 hours’ notice so we can avoid cancellation fees. I appreciate when you keep me in the loop.
Your privacy is super important to me. I follow all HIPAA regulations and use secure, encrypted video platforms to keep our sessions safe.
I keep things warm, real, and grounded. We’ll laugh, get serious when needed, and make space for both the challenges and the wins: big and small. My approach is strengths-based and solution-focused, tailored to your unique story.
