You’ve done everything "right," pushed through, showed up, held it all together. But underneath the surface, you're exhausted. Burned out. Disconnected from the person you used to be… or maybe the person you’ve never quite had space to become.
You’re smart, capable, and the go-to for everyone else, but you're craving room to just be human. To rest. To reconnect with yourself. To feel grounded again.
I work with women and professionals navigating burnout, identity shifts, anxiety, body image struggles, perfectionism, and that constant pressure to perform. My goal isn’t to fix you. You’re not broken. It's to offer a space where you can take off the mask and do the real work, whatever that looks like for you.
This is a place to explore what’s working, what’s not, and what you truly want. Together, we’ll untangle the stories, pressures, and expectations that have shaped you and help you find your way back to yourself.
I offer virtual therapy for adults in Texas and Missouri. I’m a private pay provider, which means we don’t have to rush, fight insurance restrictions, or limit our work to a diagnosis. If you have out-of-network benefits, I’ll provide a superbill or submit it for you through Mentaya, a secure reimbursement platform, for a small fee.
Sessions are collaborative and supportive, with a mix of strength-based, solution-focused work and space to feel what needs to be felt. We laugh. We cry. We use real-life examples, curse when it fits, and celebrate every small win. My dogs might show up on screen, and you're always welcome to show up exactly as you are.
This isn’t performative therapy. It's real-life therapy for real people.

Your privacy matters. All communications are secure and HIPAA-protected.
I mainly work with adult women and professionals in Texas and Missouri who are feeling overwhelmed by burnout, navigating identity shifts, dealing with anxiety, body image challenges, or going through life transitions. If that sounds like you, you’re in the right place.
We connect through video for about 50 minutes each session. Usually, we meet weekly, but we’ll find a rhythm that fits your life and needs. All sessions are private pay, secure, and HIPAA-compliant. Services are available only to clients located in Texas or Missouri.
Just send me an email or use the contact form to set up a free consultation. We’ll chat about what you’re looking for and see if we’re a good fit to work together.
I’m a private pay therapist, so I don’t bill insurance companies directly. You’re welcome to submit claims on your own, or I can submit them for you through Mentaya for a small 5% fee to make it easier.
A superbill is basically a detailed receipt you can give to your insurance company to try and get reimbursed. It includes things like what service you got, the dates, diagnosis codes, and my credentials. After each session, I’ll send you one so you can submit it and possibly get some money back.
You can send the superbill to your insurance company yourself, or if you prefer, I can handle the submission and follow-up through Mentaya. Keep in mind reimbursement depends on your specific insurance plan.
Private pay means you get more flexibility with scheduling, longer sessions if you want them, and personalized care just for you. Plus, it saves you the headaches that can come with insurance companies—like limits on sessions or unexpected billing issues.
Mentaya is a secure platform I use to create and submit your superbills quickly and professionally, so you don’t have to worry about paperwork.
I’m happy to help with general info, but for the nitty-gritty details about your coverage, it’s best to check directly with your insurance provider.
Life happens! Just try to give me at least 24 hours’ notice so we can avoid cancellation fees. I appreciate when you keep me in the loop.
Your privacy is super important to me. I follow all HIPAA regulations and use secure, encrypted video platforms to keep our sessions safe.
I keep things warm and real. We’ll laugh, get serious when we need to, and celebrate the wins—big and small. My approach is all about your strengths, using solution-focused methods that fit your unique story.
